• university degree in a related field;
• previous HR experience is an advantage;
• very good interpersonal and written communication skills;
• fluent in English;
• excellent computer skills.
Responsabilitati
• prepares the advertisement: internal or/and external;
• organizes and makes interviews for direct labour;
• maintains contact with recruitment agencies;
• maintains and updates recruitment data-base;
• supports the participation in Recruitment Events;
• ensure compliance with Romanian legislation;
• maintains and continues to acquire specialized knowledge within functional field;
• maintains employees’ database;
• supports disciplinary process.
